Cowfold FC are always looking to add to and strengthen the team, so if you're a keen footballer who is free to train on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm and play on a Saturday afternoon, please get in touch . The club is running four teams for the first time in the West Sussex Football League this season, one in the Premier Division and one that won Division 3 North last season and is now in Division 2 North. The third team is playing in Division 4 North after winning Division 5 Central last season and the newly formed fourth team will play in Division 5. The club also has a veterans team! Season 2009/10 was a very successful season with the first team finishing third in the Premier Division, the highest position ever and they also won the Mid Sussex Senior Charity Cup.
