Cowfold FC are always looking to add to and strengthen the team, so if you're a keen footballer who is free to train on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm and play on a Saturday afternoon, please get in touch .

The club will be running three teams for the first time in the West Sussex Football League this season, one in the Premier Division and one that won Division 4 North last season and is now in Division 3 North. The newly formed third team is playing in Division 5 Central. The club also has a veterans team!

Season 2008/09 was a very successful season with the first team establishing themselves in the top half of the Premier Division and the Reserves completing a remarkable treble by winning the league and two cups,  the Tony Kopp Cup and the Division 4 Cup.
